Dr. Laleh Sotoodeh
Dr. Sotoodeh was born and raised in the East Bay and is pinching herself that she is now a part of the Marin community! She received her Bachelors in Science from UC Davis in Biotechnology and went on to earn her DMD from Tufts Dental School in Boston, Massachusetts where she met her husband, Dr. Claudiu Marin.

During her time in Massachusetts, working alongside the leading Prosthodontist in the area, she developed an appreciation and understanding for comprehensive care. She prides herself on continually advancing her knowledge in the field of dentistry on a local and national level. After graduating from Tufts, she received her fellowship in Implantology from Columbia University and subsequently has spent much of her time in Scottsdale Arizona at the Spear Institute, where she has received extensive training in reconstructive and smile design dentistry including porcelain and composite veneers, crown and bridge rehabilitations, TMJ and occlusion. In addition, she is a certified DOCS provider in oral conscious sedation, which allows her to treat patients with fear and anxiety about dental treatment. She is also trained and certified in Invisalign orthodontics, a clear and comfortable approach to straightening teeth.
Dr. Sotoodeh is a member and fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Marin County Dental Society and is active in the Spear Study Club and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.
Dr. Sotoodeh does not take for granted that every day she has the power to help someone improve their health and enhance their happiness. Her approach is to always work together with her patients, not on her patients and provide them with a thoughtful approach in reaching their dental goals. Her attention to detail is one of her greatest strengths and allows her to create beautiful invisible dentistry for her patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Sotoodeh enjoys an active lifestyle of running, hiking, biking and participating in marathons and crazy obstacle courses like Tough Mudder. These days though, she is more pre-occupied with her sweet son Milan and his adorable toddler antics. He has brought a new light to her life and Marin, with its stunning picturesque views is even more beautiful through his eyes.
